By using ProTradingLabs, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully. They apply without prejudice to your mandatory rights as a consumer.

Scope
These terms apply to the ProTradingLabs website, the application, ProTradingData (DATA), ProTradingEA (EA), subscriptions, lifetime licenses, downloads, updates, and related services.
Service description
ProTradingLabs provides, among other things, a trading journal and performance analytics (DATA), as well as tools and Expert Advisors for MetaTrader 5 (EA). ProTradingLabs does not provide personalized investment advice, portfolio management, brokerage services, or any guarantee of performance.
User account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You agree not to use the service fraudulently, abusively, unlawfully, or in a way that may affect the security or operation of ProTradingLabs.
Prices, payment, and subscriptions
Prices and the main characteristics of each offer are displayed before checkout. Payments are processed through Stripe. Invoices and payment information are available from your billing area where this feature is provided. You may cancel a subscription from the billing page; access then remains active until the end of the period already paid for, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Right of withdrawal
If you act as a consumer, you generally have a statutory withdrawal period of 14 calendar days for distance contracts. For digital content or services supplied immediately, this right may be lost only in the cases provided by law, including where performance begins with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal will be lost once the service has been fully performed. Any request may be sent to contact@protradinglabs.com. No prorated refund is due after the paid period, except where required by the statutory withdrawal right, legal guarantee, mandatory law, or an explicitly granted commercial gesture.
Legal guarantee of conformity
Digital content and services supplied to consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity applicable in Belgium. This guarantee covers, among other things, conformity with the contract, security, expected continuity, and necessary updates under the conditions provided by law.
Availability and maintenance
We use reasonable efforts to ensure the availability and security of the service. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, technical incidents, or reasons beyond our control. These interruptions do not limit your statutory consumer rights.
Trading risks
Trading financial markets involves significant risks, including the loss of all or more than the invested capital depending on the instruments, leverage, and broker conditions. Past performance does not predict future results. You remain solely responsible for your trading decisions, broker selection, tax obligations, and compliance with rules applicable to your situation.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for intentional fault, gross negligence, failure to perform an essential obligation, bodily injury or death, the legal guarantee of conformity, or any other mandatory consumer right. In all other cases permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct, certain, and foreseeable damage related to the use of the service.
Personal data and cookies
Personal data processing and the use of cookies or trackers are described in our privacy policy and cookies page, available from the website.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or restrict access to an account proportionately in case of breach of these terms, fraud, abusive use, security risk, or non-payment, without prejudice to your statutory rights.
Complaints and dispute resolution
For any complaint, please contact us first at contact@protradinglabs.com so we can seek an amicable solution. If you act as a consumer and no satisfactory solution is found, you may consult the Belgian FPS Economy or ConsumerConnect about available out-of-court dispute resolution options.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Belgian courts have jurisdiction, without this clause depriving you of the mandatory protections you benefit from as a consumer or of your right to bring proceedings before the courts that are legally competent.
