This policy describes how ProTradingLabs collects, uses, and protects your personal data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the recommendations of the Belgian Data Protection Authority.

Data we collect
We collect data strictly necessary for the service: email, name, preferences (language, theme, timezone), trading account information (broker, balance, positions), payment information via Stripe, and technical logs for monitoring.
Purposes and legal bases
Authentication and account management (contract performance), billing (contract / legal obligation), error monitoring via Axiom (legitimate interest — service security, GDPR Art. 6.1.f), product analytics via PostHog (consent, GDPR Art. 6.1.a).
Sub-processors
Clerk (authentication, USA with Standard Contractual Clauses), Convex (database, USA with SCC), Stripe (payments, USA with SCC), Cloudflare (hosting and anti-bot, global with SCC), Axiom (error monitoring, USA with SCC), PostHog (product analytics, European Union — Frankfurt).
Retention
Account data: kept while your account is active, then deleted within 30 days after deletion. Error logs (Axiom): 90 days. Analytics (PostHog): 12 months. Billing data: 10 years (legal obligation).
Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, deletion, portability, restriction and objection (GDPR Art. 15-22). To exercise them: contact@protradinglabs.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.autoriteprotectiondonnees.be).
Transfers outside the EU
Some sub-processors are located outside the EU. Transfers are governed by the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission.
